- All prices are net and are not subject to VAT.
- The price on the website overrides all price lists and brochures.
- No responsibility will be accepted for errors on telephone orders unless they are then confirmed in writing.
- All orders are confirmed via an invoice. It is the customers responsibility to check the details of the invoice are correct before payment is made.
- All orders should be paid up front and any further costs incurred during the order are due before the dispatch of goods.
- Customers with agreed account terms are strictly 14 days net and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 5% per month.
- We reserve the right to use the postage we see fit to deliver the goods and charge the relevant cost.
- Should a supplier fail to deliver we reserve the right to cancel the order or use other materials to make the order should you prefer.
- We reserve the right to use any substitute options on orders with less than 4 weeks notice.
- We reserve the right to make changes to prices without notification.We will of course try and notify you of this where possible.
- All orders made from overseas must be paid using pound sterling.
- All measurements and colours are approximate and descriptions are for a guide only and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
- All rosettes come with our details on the back. Should you require this not to be added please advise at the time of order.
- Refunds will only be issued if an error or damage is our fault.
- Any errors or damage to an order must be reported within 2 days of the date of delivery.
- A certificate of postage or a pickup scan by a courier company will be obtained on dispatch. After this point the order is the responsibility of the recipient. If you need the delivery to be insured or sent by special delivery please advise at time of order. Should the parcel get lost or damaged and it has not been insured the rosettes would need to be ordered and paid for as if it was a new order.
- Should an order be cancelled after the initial payment is made we reserve the right to retain any costs we have incurred from this payment.
- Should you wish to make any complaint please make it in writing, providing a relevant phone number in order for us to investigate the complaint and get back to you.
- Metal printing blocks are charged at £25 each to cover the rough cost of a printing block, which is the property of the client. However should it cost us more than £25 to get a printing block made, we reserve the right to charge the extra cost we incurred plus a release fee to cover postage and packaging should you want the block.
